TCSI's Response to COVID-19
Given the recent restrictions laid out by the Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry on November 19th 2020, TCSI will be doing its part to help minimize the spread of COVID during this pandemic.
Currently, as mandated until Dec 7th at midnight even though we are an essential service we will be limiting our onsite appointments to those deemed absolutely necessary. For those of you who are used to seeing our team onsite for monthly, bi-weekly or weekly appointments we will be doing the best we can to support you remotely. Where we need to be onsite, our team will be wearing masks and looking to work in an isolated manner, keeping the physical distance protocols in mind.
Our office will be essentially closed to the public, only allowing customers to drop off and pick up equipment, we would ask that you please follow the guidelines laid out by the province and wear a mask, sanitize your hands and all physical distancing protocols.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and will always endeavor to do our best to support you and your business.
If you have employees that are shifting back to a “work from home” environment and need assistance, please reach out and we will do our best to assist. - First and Last Name of end user making request
- Description of problem (please give as much info as possible)
- Best contact information including times available
- Location (Home or Office)
